Our Story

Kelley Contracting was established in 2017 by owner Chad Kelley, after 25 years of commercial experience prior to opening his own company. Ran and operated by Chad himself, he also has the help of his son, Jack Kelley, who joined the company in 2020. Kelley Contracting is here to develop and build in the Cedar Valley or any surrounding area.
